The filtering of water is critical for successful analyses and analytical methods are becoming more and more sensitive, thus more susceptible to interference. High water quality is decisive in ensuring the reproducibility of your results and in preventing time-consuming repeat analyses due to potential water additives or even contaminants. 

NOTE: If there may be concern of high Total Dissolved Solids (TDS, > 200ppm), we strongly recommend including the stainless-steel external pre-treatment filtration accessory.

Applications

Suitable for any lab or medical setting requiring the use of filtration of water, which includes, and is not limited to, molecular biology, life sciences, genetic research, cell culture, amino acid analysis, protein purification, toxicology research, drug development, and medical testing. And it is ideal for using in highly sensitive analytical techniques such as ICP/MS, PCR, PPT level analysis, isotope analysis, and molecular biology. It is designed to meet the unique needs of these applications.

Product Features

  • A 5000D UF ultra-filtration assembly is included, and it can help to remove endotoxin/pyrogen.
  • Using an EDI module to ensure water purity and maintain the life of consumables. A 40L water level tank is provided to store EDI water.
  • Colored touch screen and a humanized operating interface allow users to completely monitor the controller’s working status and real-time data.
  • Built-in filter with a 10-micron 316L stainless steel precision filter screen removes fine impurities instead of using PP cotton filters. It features a manual drain valve, automatic cleaning at any time, a soft scraping design for more thorough drainage, and a transparent shell for visualizing the filtration effect.
  • The long-acting KDF device adopts original imported filter material to remove residual chlorine, heavy metals, and inhibit the growth of fungi at the water purification front. It has a long service life, better protects the post-purification system, and extends the lifetime of the ultra-purification column.
  • The lifetimes of the PP cotton, activated carbon filter, RO membrane, and ultra-purification columns can be set to display the elapsed and remaining time of consumables. Automatic reminders for filter replacement help avoid decreasing water quality.
  • An inbuilt feed water pressure test gauge allows real-time monitoring of tap water pressure and filter blocking.
  • A built-in pressure tank with an inner pouch made of antibacterial material is transparent, and the inner pouch can be changed anytime.
  • The machine is equipped with a pure water transfer pump to ensure a consistent flow rate.
  • ABS engineering plastic case with powder coating technology, featuring water quality and quantity upgrading functions, with the door opening at the side.
  • Backlight LCD display with dual waterway online monitoring, simultaneously displaying DI conductivity value, UP resistance value, and equipment operating status indication.
  • Menu-type operation allows parameter settings and modifications, with operating status display and indication lights promptly reflecting machine operating status such as high-pressure shutdown, low-pressure alarm, water full shutdown, etc.
  • Alarming for water quality exceeding, automatic filter replacement reminders, and water intake time settings are available. Water intake can be initiated by touch, with automatic indication lights for DI and UP water intake.
  • Equipped with a portable test pen for testing TDS content, conductance, and water temperature anytime, anywhere.
  • With an RS-232C communication interface output, it can be connected to intelligent instruments with RS-232C interfaces to transmit measurement data or print records.
  • Can be equipped with an ultra-pure water internal circulation system to maintain water quality at the highest level.
